ICIT planned outages Oct. 3-7

On Thursday, Oct. 3, from 6-8 a.m. ICIT will be upgrading the Web Content Management System (Ingeniux), which runs the university website (www.uww.edu). During this time, some UW-Whitewater websites may be intermittently unavailable and site owners will be unable to make changes.

On Sunday, Oct. 6, starting at 7 a.m. WINS and TouchNet (student billing) systems will be unavailable for use until Monday, Oct. 7, at 7 a.m. This outage is necessary to ensure the long-term health of these systems. Please plan accordingly.

Planned system outages are announced via email, and at uww.edu/icit in the blog and the System Status bars. If you have questions, please contact the Technology Support Center (TSC) Helpdesk at 262-472-HELP (4357), or helpdesk@uww.edu.
