Read about the new High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA), which are available to eligible employees who are covered under the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). Employees eligible for the graduate assistant/short term academic staff health insurance are not eligible to enroll in the HDHP.
Enrollment Information for TASC Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
• A new vendor, TASC, will administer the FSA program in 2015, including Healthcare FSA, Dependent Day Care FSA, Parking and Transit benefits. TASC will also administer the new Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
• You must enroll online through TASC for the FSA or HSA programs. TASC customer service support is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Contact your benefits office if you require a paper application to enroll in the FSA program.

The required number for HSA enrollment is TAS-WI1368. If you enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan for 2015, you MUST enroll in the Health Savings Account by Oct. 31.

Don’t miss your chance to enroll in or make changes to your benefits for 2015! All benefit elections must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 31 (Note: You may enroll for the FSA and/or HSA online through TASC until 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 31 but customer service support is not available after 5 p.m.).
Remember, this period is typically the only time during the year when you are eligible to make benefit plan changes unless you have a life event (marriage, birth, divorce...) that allows you to add or change benefits.
