The University Writing Awards Committee invites submissions for the 2015 University Student Writing Awards. Faculty and instructional academic staff are asked to nominate papers, essays, and other written assignments completed by undergraduate students to meet course requirements. There are currently eleven award categories including categories for multiple author projects and for outstanding freshman writing.
Each faculty/academic staff member may nominate up to two papers per class section.
Each submission should be accompanied by a nomination form. Papers and the nomination forms may be submitted electronically (as a Word document) to [mail address="writingawards@uww.edu" text="writingawards@uww.edu"] or sent as hard copies to Elizabeth Hachten, Laurentide 4106. Deadline for submissions is March 10.
