The TASC claims issue should only affect employees who:
1) Participated in FSA with WageWorks in 2014, and
2) Had a carryover balance, and
3) Incurred an expense during the Grace Period
If an employee tries to submit a claim and gets an error message of “No Applicable Plan,” it is occurring because the employee does not have an “active” as of today’s date. Below are adjustments to two fields that the employee needs to make in order to successfully submit the claim:
1) Enter 12/31/14 as the “service date” (normally this is where you would indicate the date of purchase/incurred)
2) In the “description” section, enter the actual date the medical expense was incurred/purchase
