If you are using a Windows 10 device that is experiencing a connectivity issue, and need Internet access before the solution is put in place, please contact the Technology Support Center Helpdesk at (262) 472-4357 for instructions on how to uninstall the latest Microsoft update. If a workaround for Android devices is identified prior to the permanent solution being implemented, it will be communicated promptly.
