Message to campus on counseling resources
Dear Warhawk family,
In the past few days, our world has experienced some extreme tragedies. From the loss of life with the Ethiopian plane crash, to the horrific massacre of Muslims worshipping in their mosque in New Zealand, to the record flooding across Wisconsin and the Midwest, our communities continue to mourn. As a campus, we know we cannot control the outside world in which we live, but we can acknowledge that these events may have affected members of our campus community in different ways. We know that what’s happening in your life and the world around you can cause stress and anxiety. Your psychological, personal and academic well-being matters to us. We want to remind everyone in the campus community that you have access to free and confidential counseling.
