Annual Employee Benefits Fair
Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
University Center Hamilton Room
All employees are encouraged to attend.
This a great opportunity to:
• Ask questions about the health insurance changes
• Speak with health, life, TSA (Tax Sheltered annuity) investment and other benefits providers
• Find out about on-campus resources such as the Library, the Health Center and UW-Credit Union
• Enter to win door prizes
New this year:
TIAA will be holding an informational session prior to the Benefits Fair in UC 68 from 9 to 10 a.m.— no registration is required
Fidelity will be holding individual counseling sessions from 8 to 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 4 p.m. in UC 69. Registration is required — to register call 800-642-7131 or go to https://getguidance.fidelity.com
There will also be three informal sessions held after the Benefits Fair. These sessions will cover benefit changes for 2020 as well as an opportunity to ask questions. The first two sessions will be by appointment only and the last session will be a walk in session, no appointment needed.
The sessions will be held in McGraw Hall 19B on the following dates:
