- The Teaching and Learning Communities of Practice (CoP) program will support a CoP for each college to provide a space for instructors to support one another as they discuss challenges and share ideas to improve teaching practice and student learning with a focus online and hybrid formats and other emerging teaching questions (i.e. active learning in a distanced classroom).

In addition, this rubric could serve as a resource for departments, programs, and colleges who may want to integrate the rubric into peer and program evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with LTC and LEARN Center to develop a rubric and potential processes to replace Quality Matters (QM).
- Coordinate a pilot to evaluate and apply the rubric during course development, and oversee rubric revision based on the pilot.
- Coordinate a larger implementation of the rubric in courses, gathering data, and revising the rubric as needed.
- Work with LTC, LEARN Center, Deans, Chairs, and Faculty/Instructional Staff to understand and create processes to support the use of the newly developed tool.
- Help coordinate a larger rollout of the new rubric tool and process.
- Collect and analyze data, and contribute to the OLI grant report.
