COVID-19 Office
As we prepare for our return to campus, please remember that UW-Whitewater’s COVID-19 Office is the central point of contact for pandemic-related concerns.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. The hotline telephone number is 262-472-1362 and email at covid19info@uww.edu.
Here are some key ways in which the COVID-19 Office is working to help keep our campuses as safe as possible.
The office will:
- Update and publish the COVID-19 dashboard. The dashboard is posted on the Warhawks Return website.
- Monitor the self-screener tool, which is available at https://uwwhitewater.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3rvhSXkXyXgf92J and on the Warhawk app under resources. A “yes” answers to the self-screening tool will generate an email to the COVID-19 Office. Staff will follow up on that email, first to ensure the answer was intentional, and then to refer the person to appropriate services.
- Communicate with Facilities, Planning, and Management, University Health and Counseling, and University Police, on current levels of cleaning, personal protective gear, and related equipment, to ensure supply chains are functional and operations are supplied.
- Ensure the Exceptions Requests Group is provided the information and background on all exception requests.
