The COVID-19 Hotline is the primary contact for all COVID-19-related questions. University Health and Counseling Services is not the primary contact and we are asking that you refrain from calling them for COVID-19-related questions.
Please call the COVID-19 Hotline at 262-472-1362 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The COVID-19 Office, which monitors the hotline phone and email, is staffed in person 7 days a week: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. However, you may call or email 24 hours a day, and your message will be returned as soon as practicable.
Every question and case is unique. The hotline is staffed by employees well-trained in the university’s COVID-19 response, policies and procedures.
