Wellness Virtual Workshop Sept. 30
Now more than ever, it is essential to care for your mental and emotional health. On Wednesday, Sept. 30, from Noon to 1:30 p.m., please join Christel Wendelberger, author of Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, for a Mindful Gratitude workshop. This workshop will be virtual and hosted through WebEx.
The first 35 people to sign up will receive a FREE copy of Christel’s book and the first 50 people to sign up will receive a free Mindful Gratitude journal.
