UW-Whitewater Foundation, Inc. donations and accounts payable for 2020
Hello Campus Community,
The Foundation offices will be open until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30. We ask all donations in your possession be delivered by that time.
Donations should be made payable to UW-Whitewater Foundation, Inc. Exceptions can be made if there is a pledge in place substantiating donor’s intent, or the check is made payable to a very specific fund managed by the Foundation (ex. “John Doe Scholarship”).
• In December and January, do not discard post-marked envelopes. Include envelopes with Foundation deposits. Postmarks determine the donation date.
• Deposit forms are available here >> For cash donations, include name and address of donor on deposit form.
• Checks made payable to university personnel can be endorsed to the Foundation. To do this, sign your name and write “Pay to the Order of UW-Whitewater Foundation, Inc.” in the endorsement area. This will allow the donor to be receipted by the Foundation for tax purposes.
• UW-Whitewater Foundation, Inc. accepts online donations. Any donation received prior to 11:59 p.m., Dec. 31, 2020, will be receipted as a 2020 donation.

Checks made payable to UW-Whitewater should be taken to the cashier’s office and deposited into a 233 gift account for the appropriate department or program.
Our last check run is Wednesday, Dec. 16. To have invoices paid, please submit check request forms by Dec. 15. This can be done via campus mail, U.S. mail or email.
