State Group Life Insurance Premium Rates - Correction

Please note that the following changes have been made to the State Group Life Insurance premium rates, effective April 1, 2021:

• Standard unit price for the 35-39 age group is $0.05; additional unit price is $0.07
• Additional unit price for the 65-69 age group is $0.66

All other rates remain the same.
