Join us on Wednesday, June 23 at 12:30 p.m. for a virtual wellness workshop hosted by Angie Alesci.
During this workshop, five domains of wellness will be explored: physical, psychological, emotional, workplace and spiritual self-care. There will be opportunities to journal and create your personal self-care plan. The workshop will conclude with an opportunity for respite. A tool kit of materials will be provided for the workshop.
