2022-2023 FAFSA is available
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available for the 2022-2023 academic year, which includes fall 2022, spring 2023, and summer 2023. Students need to complete the FAFSA to be considered for grants, federal loans, and employment (Federal Work-Study).
The 2022-2023 FAFSA may be found at fafsa.gov:
- Report 2020 income information, transfer it from the IRS for the most accurate data.
- All students (Whitewater and Rock County) should use UW-Whitewater's school code of 003926.
- File the 2022-2023 FAFSA and submit all documents requested by the Financial Aid Office by the priority date of January 1, 2022. Completing your aid application by then will ensure consideration for all aid programs, including those with limited funding.
