Visualize Your Wellness Workshop
Take a break from your busy workday and join us for an inspiring session to help you visualize your wellness with this virtual workshop. The Visualize Your Wellness Workshop will be held on November 10, 2021 from 12:30 - 2 p.m.
We will cover three essential movements:
1) SAVERS-determine how you can be your own life saver.
2) Explore the poetic inspiration of Amanda Gorman’s The Miracle of Morning- which will help you open a door to healing, as well to human kindness.
3) Create your personal vision board (bring your goals, photos, favorite quotes, personal affirmations, and whatever else inspires and motivates you).
