Pay Plan Update
The legislature’s Joint Committee on Employment Relations approved the final version of the 2021-2023 Compensation Plan for the University of Wisconsin System, which includes a 2% pay increase in each year.
Eligibility requirements included completion of the Title IX Sexual Harassment and Information Security mandatory trainings, having a performance evaluation on file, and having a combined FTE of .50 or more.
The first increase began on Jan. 2, 2022 and will first appear on the Jan. 27, 2022 earnings statement for the work performed Jan. 2 – Jan. 15. This 2% was calculated on rate of pay as of Dec. 4, 2021. The second 2% increase will take effect Jan. 1, 2023.
