Update on campus email deliverability issues
Starting around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, Microsoft experienced technical issues with several services, including Outlook email. As a result, the campus experienced delays in sending and receiving emails. Emails sent internally may have also experienced delays.
Most individuals experienced an influx of emails yesterday afternoon and continue to receive backlogged emails. While Microsoft has resolved its service issues, a small percentage of emails from yesterday continue to be processed. Information on outages can be found at https://www.uww.edu/icit/outages.
