Annual Steam Outage
The Central Utility Plant will be conducting its annual steam outage starting after the completion of Commencement on Saturday, May 13. The outage is expected to start that afternoon with steam services being restored by the end ofthe day Thursday, May 25.
This year's utility outage will include a chilled water outage. This outage will be shorter in duration than the steam utlity and is needed to increase reliability and prevent future unplanned outages. The outage is planned to take about three days and will be scheduled for the least amout of impact to campus buildings.
