REQUIRED 9/19: UWW Net-ID Multi-Factor Authentication with Duo Mobile
Starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19, students must use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Duo to log in to university systems along with Net-IDs and passwords as an additional layer of security. Set up your account today to ensure access to university systems -- it takes less than 5 minutes.
To self-enroll, use our online article “Getting Started with MFA with Duo.” Make sure that you have two devices available. You will need your mobile phone* (for Duo Mobile) and another device to start the enrollment process. For guided assistance from IT Services, visit our tables:
- 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. September 14 and 15 in the UC
- 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. September 18 in Esker Dining Hall
*If your mobile phone does not support Duo Mobile, request a free token/fob from the Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@uww.edu -- include your name, Net-ID, and pickup location (or mailing address for fully online students).
