Fall 2025 registration support: Let’s keep students on track!
Student retention is at the heart of our commitment to student success, and each of us plays a crucial role in achieving this goal. As registration for the fall 2025 semester begins on April 7, let's come together to assist students in navigating the process with ease.
Here’s how we can make a difference:
- Guide students to their advisors: Remind students to reach out to their assigned advisors for insights on registration dates and class options. Instructions on locating advisors in WINS/Navigate are available here.
- Connect students to One Stop: Students can receive personalized support with registration and financial and academic planning at One Stop, located in room 129 of the University Center. If you're unsure where to direct a student, One Stop is always a reliable resource.
- Prompt students toward action: Students will avoid registration delays if they address the “Holds” in WINS and their “Pre-Enrollment Checklist.”
- Connect students with our resources: Direct them to our advising FAQs and our One Stop web page.
As registration kicks off, prioritizing the needs of our students can make all the difference. Let’s take the time to provide thoughtful guidance and ensure they feel supported by our campus experts. Every bit of assistance we offer contributes to their success — and to the vibrancy and growth of our campus community.
Thank you for all you do every day! We are proud of our dedicated team here at UW-Whitewater, and your commitment shines through in the care and encouragement you give our students. Together, we’re making this campus a place where their hopes, dreams, and success matter.
