
Fall 2025 Event Room Reservation Requests Now Open!
The University Center Building Operations Office is now accepting event reservation requests for Fall 2025.
Priority Reservation Period:
April 14 - April 28, 2025
Requests will be processed starting April 29, and a confirmation email will be sent once your event is finalized and confirmed.

Important Notes:
- Review the Campus Event Policy and UC Facilities Use Policies before submitting a request.
- Requests must be submitted through Connect2 and will be processed after April 28. Confirmation emails will be sent once finalized.
Priority Criteria:
- Submission date and time
- Priority will be given to recognized student organizations, followed by university departments, and availability.
- Spaces and resources are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to campus policies.
- Campus-wide events impacting student engagement and recruitment.
