Hired Before Graduation — May 2025
Faculty and staff,
As one of our commencement traditions, we'll soon be celebrating the upcoming graduating class with Hired Before Graduation, a popular UW-Whitewater campaign!
We ask that you help us get the word out by encouraging all May 2025 graduates to participate. In addition to sharing their next steps, students will have the opportunity to share their proudest achievements and to honor faculty and staff members like you who had an impact on them during their time at UW-Whitewater. The stories they share are included in our enrollment and recruitment materials, shared with the chancellor and shown on the big screen at the commencement ceremony.
Dates:
2:30-6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 1
7 a.m.-noon, Monday, May 5
11 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, May 6
Location:
Ballroom B (275) in the University Center
Students may also participate remotely if they cannot make it to campus — they can contact my colleague, Chris Lindeke, at lindekec@uww.edu to make arrangements.
