Planned outages: WINS and VoIP phones
IT Services will be upgrading two systems this week:
–VoIP phones and Voicemail: From 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 31, to 2 a.m. on Saturday Aug. 1, the university phone system will experience brief service interruptions while we perform updates. During the brief outages, callers may not be able to leave voicemail messages.
–WINS and Nelnet: From noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 2, WINS and Nelnet (student billing) will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance.
