Flu vaccines for faculty and staff

UW-Whitewater employees,

Protect yourself this flu season by getting your annual influenza vaccination! The Well Wisconsin flu clinic is open to employees and spouses enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program.   

Flu Vaccine opportunity - FREE  with State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance 

University Center, Old Main Ballroom 

8 a.m. to Noon, Tuesday, November 3, 2026 

You must be enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Insurance Program. Preregistration is required at the Well Wisconsin website. Select “Register” on the Flu Vaccination card. Spouses on your coverage may also attend this clinic.

At your doctor’s office or pharmacy

Use your medical benefit at any in-network doctor or pharmacy. Just show your Navitus card. (Additional vaccines are also available, including COVID-19, pneumonia, tetanus, hepatitis, shingles, measles, mumps, varicella, and meningitis.) Spouses on your coverage may also use this option.

Vaccine opportunities that require $30 cash

• Wednesday, September 23 — Ambrose Health Center (UHCS Block party) front lobby, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Thursday, September 24 – Rock County Campus, Fireplace lounge 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Monday, October. 5 — Drumlin Hall, across from The Market, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Tuesday, October 6 — Wells Residence Hall (Jitters), 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 7 — Andersen Hall room 1122, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Thursday, October 15 — Rock County Campus, Health Room, all day
• Monday, October 19 – Hyland Hall Room 1303, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Everyone will receive a free cold care kit while supplies last.
