To enhance the performance of our campus network, ICIT will be upgrading and replacing network switches throughout campus over the next few weeks. ICIT will be notifying building supervisors and business units of the upcoming network upgrade(s). We are asking building supervisors to inform those impacted.
The replacement window will be from 5 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. for each specified building(s). During this time, campus IT services (wired Internet, wireless, phones, etc.) will not be functional.
What users need to know:
• The night before an upgrade users need to power off all devices connected to the network. This includes computers AND printers.
• All services should be back up and running by 8 a.m.
• If you have problems after the upgrade is complete, please reboot your computer or printer. If the problem persists, please reach out to the TSC Helpdesk.
