Summer (June/July/August) Online Leave Reports for Academic-Year Employees
Faculty and nine-month Academic Staff employees with summer contracts are now able to enter the summer leave report online. Please submit your report when your summer contract(s) have ended, no later than August 26.
There is a new tab specifically designed for entering the summer leave report. To access the new leave reporting process, follow the instructions below, and refer to the attachment:
- Log into the My UW System portal.
- Click "Launch full app" on the Time and Absence tile.
- Click on the new tab "Summer Appt. Leave Reporting."
- To submit "No Leave Taken," just click on the green Submit button. A green success banner will appear at the top of the page.
- If you have absences to report for the Summer, indicate the date(s) and number of hours and then click the green Submit button. A green success banner will appear at the top of the page.
