Within Health Services:
- If you need a prescription refill from our dispensary, call to make an appointment for pick up.
- We are not performing well exams or physicals at this time.
- If you need to be seen for a health problem, call for an assessment over the phone. Our triage team will determine if you need to go to the ER, come in for an appointment, or whether you can be seen via telehealth.
- Staff have been trained to offer telebehavioral health appointments to students, and we are offering both phone and video-delivered check-ins and counseling to new and ongoing students during this time.
- We are not offering in-person counseling but are maintaining a small staff on campus for emergency situations and consultation.
- All other staff are providing services remotely until we are able to offer in-person services again.
- Students new to our center will participate in an initial appointment to determine best type of care and course of action moving forward, including assisting with establishing or connecting to care close to home when preferrred or most appropriate.
