Obituary: Earl D. Gutzmer
The Chancellor’s Office has received word that Earl Dean Gutzmer, age 81 of Whitewater, died on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. Gutzmer started at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1981 as a building maintenance helper in Facilities Planning and Management. Gutzmer retired in 2000 from university as an HVAC specialist with over twenty years of service.
The services will be private to the family.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Pacific Garden Mission.
The campus flag will be lowered to half-staff on Friday, July 17, 2020.
