Scheduled Webex maintenance to affect Webex recordings
Cisco Webex has announced scheduled maintenance from Friday, April 16, 2021, 9 p.m. through Sunday, April 17, 2021, 1:59 a.m. During this time period, Webex Meetings and Events will be available, however, you may see the meeting experience has reverted to the pre-April 8 update. In addition, existing recordings accessed at uww.webex.com will not be available during this outage.
The availability of new recordings will be delayed for up to 24 hours after the maintenance is completed. This could mean that recordings created on Friday night or Saturday may not be available until Monday, April 19.
Instructors and students: if classwork is dependent upon watching Webex recordings or submitting Webex recordings during this time period, please plan accordingly.
