Fall 2024 Series Reservation Requests are now being accepted
The University Center Building Operations Office – Room Reservations is now accepting Series (Recurring) Event requests for the Fall 2024 semester!
Series reservations are meetings that occur weekly, bi-weekly, or regularly in the University Center, Esker, or general access classrooms. These requests do not include large or single-occurrence events. The priority deadline is Sunday, May 6, 2024. Requests received after that date will be assigned rooms based on availability. All requests will not start to be processed until after May 6 and will receive an email confirmation of the space(s) they are placed in. Confirmation emails may not be sent until mid-late summer, but will be prior to the Fall semester.
Requests are open to all recognized student organizations and campus departments. Forms are available online at uww.edu/uc/reservations/room-request. Please call 262-472-1175 or email Room Reservations at rooms@uww.edu with any questions.
These are requests and are not guaranteed until Room Reservations has sent the requestor a confirmation email. Requests submitted through 25Live will be denied and requested to fill out the online form.
Reminder: Please review the Campus Events Policy and the UC Facilities Use policies before requesting – both can be found on the Reservations website. The UC Facilities Policy will be slightly updated for Fall 2024. Any impacted events will be notified during processing.
Requests will be filled based on the following criteria:
- Date/time submitted
- Attendance or setup appropriate to the facility
- Preference for student groups in the University Center
- Catered events are given priority in dining areas
- Events with extensive technical needs
- Campus-wide events that impact students and facilitate student recruitment
- Historical experience with groups regarding event cancellations, changes, no-shows, adherence to university policies, and condition of facilities after events
